Returns

Because our roasted pecans are a fresh food product, we are unable to accept returns of opened items for health and safety reasons. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at support@goldnuts.com with your order number.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your GoldNuts arrive damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@goldnuts.com and we will replace it or refund you in full. Photos help us resolve things faster.

Non-Returnable Items

As a perishable food product, opened bags, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned. This is standard for fresh gourmet goods and helps us guarantee the quality of every order we send.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
